A good dog barks at night from the porch,
At mysterious threats looming in the moonlight.
Coyotes sneaking around with eyes glowing like a torch,
A good dog knows that something isnt right.
Scare them all away, protect the barnyard,
Keep them all at bay, gratitude do not discard.
Pat the good dog on the head, also a good dog handshake,
For all the threats he made fled, and the chickens they did not take.
